THEN: With my boyfriend at the time in Canoga Park
NOW: With my husband in Reseda

5) How was your hair style?
THEN: Very long and usually done up in some sort of fifties style hair do
NOW: Medium length, the front is longer than the back because last year I had it cut like Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction.

6) Did you wear braces?
THEN: Nope
NOW: Nope

7) Did you wear contacts?
THEN: Nope
NOW: Nope

8) Did you wear glasses?
THEN: Nope
NOW: No, but I definitely need them.

9) Who was your best friend?
THEN: Didn't have one - I hated everyone.
NOW: I do have three very close friends that I've had for many, many years who probably know me better than anyone...Rachel - who was my first, real friend, ever - Shea and Chrissy.

10) Which of your pets were still alive?
THEN: I had Chewy for a year at that time
NOW: She's still alive and kicking!

11) Who was your boyfriend/girlfriend?
THEN: Markos Markakis
NOW: Happily married to Jason!

12) Who was your celebrity crush?
THEN: Jello Biafra
NOW: Well, I wouldn't say it like that cause it sounds so juvenile, but I was really struck by Peter Krause in his performance in Six Feet Under.

13) Who was your regular-person crush?
THEN: Jeez, like I wanted to marry all my guy friends at that time.
NOW: Husband, hello!

14) How many piercings did you have?
THEN: Eight in each ear (Eventually ended up with one in my tongue, one in my eyebrow as well).
NOW: None

THEN: 0
NOW: 0

16) What was your favorite band/singer?
THEN: The Dead Kennedys, The Beatles, The Cramps
NOW: The Beatles, Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan, David Bowie, Velvet Underground...Man, I hate answering favorite's questions, I have too many!

17) Had you smoked a cigarette?
THEN: Oh yeah.
NOW: I quit, but every now and then I sneak one because I'm weak like that.

18) Had you gotten drunk?
THEN: Um, yeah
NOW: I enjoy a drink every now and then but I haven't been drunk since I can't remember when.

19) Had you driven yet?
THEN: Yes, but I didn't actually get my license until I was twenty
NOW: yes

20) If so which car?
THEN: My first car was a 1980, brown, Datsun 280 SX, but I didn't have it when I was 19...And I didn't get another car until I was twenty and at that time it was a 1985, white, Suburu Sedan.
NOW: 2003, white, Ford Focus.

21) Looking back, are you where you thought you would be in 2006?
No way, I thought I was going to leave Markos at the altar, run away to Paris and work as a bartender by night, living in an apartment over a bakery, writing my novel by day. I thought I would have torrid affairs with hot European men, never giving my heart away, yet falling in love over and over and over again. I thought I would live fast and die young.
